Well, this week’s lesson is perfect for you. Hey Brent English students, are you thinking about changing your job? Well, this week’s lesson is perfect because we will help you with new vocabulary and expressions that you can use in an interview.
Remember, an interview is an opportunity for you to show your best side by communicating and selling yourself. And to do this, the best way is by using amazing vocabulary and expressions that you will find on our platform. This week’s lesson has so much more too.
- Brent In this week’s interview lesson, we have new vocabulary like the noun, «body language» and the adjective «confident»
- We also have new expressions like «think on your feet» and «nailed the interview»
- Grammar this week is conditionals, and in particular the second conditional. The second conditional is used for hypothetical situations, in particular, the kind of questions you will be asked in an interview. For example, «what would you do if you were given a position in this company?»

Well, this week’s lesson is perfect for you. Hey Brent English students, this week’s lesson is about English for travel. Summer is almost here, and so you will be travelling and speaking English in the country where you are going. And remember guys, that every adventure or every holiday that you go on is about connecting with local people. And so English will definitely help you to do this. So in this week’s lesson, we have new vocabulary, expressions, grammar, and so much for waiting just for you.
- In this week’s travel lesson, we have new vocabulary, like the nouns, «Customs» and «Jet Lag»
- and new expressions like «to live out of the suitcase» «to catch the travel bug»
- Grammar this week is about Modal Verbs. Now modal verbs are perfect when talking about travelling, because they speak about obligation, for example, you MUST NOT smoke on the plane, or you HAVE TO remain quiet when in this temple. And modal verbs can also be used for recommendations, for example, you SHOULD visit this restaurant. There are many more examples on the platform, so check it out.

Now English for business is really important because it helps you communicate with people and companies from around the world. And by doing so, you are helping your company grow. - Grammar this week is about present perfect and past simple. Remember, the past simple is Used for an event that happened in the past at a particular time. For example, «I went to a meeting yesterday» and the present perfect is used for an activity. For example, «I have been to many meetings»
