We say goodbye to winter and hello to summer with the longest day and shortest night. There are three major things that you do.

- You have to wash your face in a concoction of flowers and herbs to give you good luck for the year ahead.
- And finally, you have to have an incredible fireworks display. Fireworks and SanJuan go hand in hand.
