So this month we celebrate Women. That’s right, Brent. This month we are celebrating Women and our lessons this month, as always, are designed to get you to improve your listening and speaking skills. So to kick things off, our first lesson this week is called «Let’s Get Real» a fantastic topic that gets us role playing real life conversations.
- So in this lesson you have new vocabulary like the noun «clarification» and the verb to «assist»
- And we also have expressions like «to be on the same page» «at the end of the day»
- Grammar this week is «False Friends» or Cognates. You know those words that sound the same in your language and English but mean something completely different? There are so many, but don’t worry, we have them and many more on the platform.
