Hey, wonderful, Brent English students, this week the lesson on our platform is Africa. Now why Africa? Well, I’m proudly African myself coming from beautiful South Africa, and I think it’s a great topic to speak about. Because after all, with the FastPass learning method, the more you speak, the better you become. So let’s get speaking, D Man What’s the vocabulary? And expressions this week. And more importantly, have you been to Africa?
- Been there?! I lived there! I lived in Gabon in Senegal Guinea-Bissau…………………. in the Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo. In the undemocratic Republic of the Congo ……………….. in South Africa. Djibouti. I’ll tell you more about it in our lesson this week. Some of the vocabulary this week. We have adjectives like «Charming» which means to be attracted to something, and «Meander» Meander is the S shape that river. Makes as it flows towards the sea.
- Hey, Tina. What’s in the grammar? And have you ever been to Africa? Hey, D Man Yes, I’ve been to Africa. To the north, to Morocco and Egypt. It was charming for sure! Grammar this week is Model Verbs They are very useful when you’re talking about Africa because you give Recommendations, Obligations and Suggestions. Hey, Ally, have you ever been to Africa?
