What is glory days? Well glory days is a topic about looking back at our life and all the wonderful memories because when we look back at all the wonderful memories in our lives it makes us happy and when you are happy you are able to speak more fluently because you are not worried about making any mistakes and so the lesson in our platform for this week is about glory days.

To help us to speak about our topic we will be looking at new wonderful vocabulary idioms and collocations that are very useful as well as fantastic listenings and topics that will make you speak speak speak.

Our grammar topic for this week is going to be the past simple and the past perfect what’s the difference and when do we use them and our teacher this week that’s going to explain about this topic is Sergio so Sergio over to you!

Thanks Brent and hi guys! This week we’ll be looking at the difference between past simple and past perfect.

The past simple is a tense we use when we talk about an action that has happened at particular point in the past for example Carla visited Calpe town last year. In this case, visited visit ghost visited present to pass

In the case of the past perfect is when we talk about an action that has happened before another action in the past. In this example after Chloe had visited Calpe town, she decided to take up surfing. As we can see Chloe had visited Calpe town before she decided to take up surfing and that’s why here is the past perfect and then past simple.

All right, now there are many more examples in the platform so be sure to check it out all. Right. Have an excellent week!

There you have it guys our lesson in our topic this week on our platform is glory days with wonderful vocabulary idioms expressions that will have you speaking and improving how you speak, grammar as Sergio mentioned is about the past simple and the past perfect.
